Wow, Adel, I sure am glad you're not my father. I was somewhat less cynic, and simply grateful that my daughter thought of me on this day, as I know that a piece of cardboard in the post does not prove her love to me more that this e-card. It's more the everyday gestures, the things we don't say and the moments we share that count.
Shame on you for thinking superficiality is more important ...

I am stunned and speechless by your comments, all of you girls above. Only today ( and late in the day) you remembered it was %u2018 father%u2019s day%u2019. Perhaps you remembered, because something or someone, likely in the media, reminded you that you have/had a dad, who buried his youth dreams under sweat, blood and insults to care for his family( meaning you & Co) you only bothered to go for the easy option and click on some lazy link with some online card; instead of picking the phone and proving to your fathers, just for once, that you really appreciated what a dad has been through to provide and make your life easier than his. Shame and shame and more shame. Perhaps, we, dads of this generation of young people, should prepare more realistic plans for support that we are likely to need in our old age, since your generation, young ones, have proven to be totally unreliable when it comes to caring for those who carried you as babies, changed your nappies and stayed up all night worrying about you....

Want to show your Dad how much you care this Father’s Day? Then send him this cute e-Card, it is a short sequence, straight to the point, but gets the message across really well. The e-Card starts off with Dad in his car driving along, he comes to a sign
