This birthday e-card starts off with two mosquitoes sitting on a bit of animal skin and they have made a red cross on the skin in front of them. One motions to the other to go first and he then plunges his mouth into the skin. The animal is drinking the blood quietly and then all of a sudden he starts blowing up very quickly. You hear the other one say "ohh no he has hit a vein". He jumps onto the other Mosquito to pull him free but can not and all of a sudden it goes pop and explodes against the camera lens. You then see written in text "It’s your birthday - you deserve to over do it!". This is a fun e card which is more popular with men.
