Took me three attempts before i realised i had to click one of the adverts on the next screen after entering the painful captcha. If you don't it won't create your account or send you a confirmation email or do anything useful (it does explain this but then who reads text on a page full of adverts???); it does, however, save the card without telling you and send a couple of marketing emails. So when you've gone through the process 3 times and you finally *realise* the need to click one of their adverts you'll at least have all three versions of the card you created sat in your account waiting to deliver and a bunch of *offers* to peruse in your mailbox!!! other gripes - a) if you enter the message then navigate to check your recipient or sender details your message gets lost and you need to re-enter!!!!!!!! b) if you hit tab after entering something in a field but before reading the helpful hint in the next field it wipes the helpful hint describing what it was you were supposed to enter leaving you with a blank field from which you must deduce what it requires!?! c) It seems to require personalising numerous times.. In conclusion; other than being a truly awful interface that induced such rage in me it took at least 45 minutes of deep breathing and meditation before i could create a comment without multiple top shelf expletives dotted throughout, it's a top idea for a cardand I'm hoping Nanna likes it :-)

Spent 2 hrs getting personalizing, only to lose everthing in the final moments. This is cRap with a capital C!

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!! Have tried to send it for my friends birthday and it hasn't worked...really disappointed and will never use ecards again! Glad I didn't pay for it!

I also had GREAT difficulty sending this card.Did go eventually but did not personalize.

not sure if my card has sent?????very frustrating as keeps saying personalise and it has been done already
